IAHA Associate Membership

Vendors participating in our annual Maintenance and Mangement Clinic each spring become Associate Members of the Illinois Association of Housing Authorities. Participating in our annual clinic also places your advertising in our clinic program book which is used as a resource by our members all year long.

The M&M Clinic will offer you the opportunity to meet with over 300 potential purchasers from the public and private sector. Attendees include housing directors, maintenance and management purchasing agents, capital improvement directors, commissioners and not-for-profit sponsors of housing, private developers and property managers of subsidized housing. These professionals will be seeking information on products, services, methods and techniques that will make them more effective managers. This is a unique opportunity to bring your product or services to housing executives from all over the state.

At our clinic, Exhibit Hours are never separate from the main functions of the Clinic. It is very important to the IAHA that the conference and exhibition be very successful for you. The members make sure that main functions and special attractions of the Clinic are held in the Exhibit Hall during prime viewing hours in order to maximize Exhibit Hall traffic flow.

When you register and attend the Clinic, you will be provided with a booklet, which includes your full-page ad along with a list of names, addresses and telephone numbers of Executive Directors, Maintenance Supervisors and Directors of Capitalization of Housing Authorities in the State of Illinois—a benefit you can’t afford to pass up!

As an added advertising opportunity, you can place banner advertising here on our website, making your services and/or products known to people all over the state and the nation. Your original artwork is used and the ad will link directly to your website or email address so customers can contact you.
